"Minoshaft" Entrance for an Indoor Archery Range

Ironwood, Michigan · July 2026

The joke is in the name, and the drawing plays it straight. What you meet is a small weathered timber building with a sod roof, six feet wide, set into the ground — and behind the door, a range running back into the hill under hanging lamps.

A deer stands at the corner of one elevation, which tells you what the building is for without the drawing having to say so.

Preliminary drawings. Not for construction.
